Shipping Policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
We ship via the U.S. Postal Service to anywhere in the world. Orders to the U.S. typically arrive 2-3 days from ship date. A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped. In-stock items usually ship next business day. Non-stocked items ship in 7-10 business days. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm US Mountain Time. Closed Weekends and Holidays. Please note, we do not process orders or ship outside of normal business hours. Please allow extra time for shipping.

FOR MEMBERSHIP ORDERS:
Your special membership discount code is manually generated by a representative and will be sent to you as soon as possible during normal business hours.

BACK ORDERS & DISCONTINUED ITEMS:
If an item is on back order with the manufacturer and will not be available for a while, we will notify you and give you the option of keeping your order open and waiting for the product availability or canceling your order and receive a full refund for that item. If the item has been discontinued and no longer is available, you will receive a full refund for that item automatically.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US:
All packages are shipped via USPS First-Class International. USPS ships to over 180 different counties. You will be notified at checkout if your country is unavailable for shipping. If your country is unavailable, please contact us to request your country to be added. It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes if required by your country.
